We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We are only able to offer refunds or replacements on items that are faulty, incorrect or lost.

Quote your order number, and time since the order was dispatched (make sure it is past 10 days) and we will chase it up with Royal Mail and dispatch a new order or provide a refund.
